How much do your sourcing services cost?
Our service fees are commission-based, typically 3-7% of order value, with a minimum engagement fee for small orders. Initial consultation and quotation are always free.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and factory. We negotiate the lowest possible MOQ for our clients, and many of our partner factories accept trial orders starting from 50-100 units.
How do you ensure product quality?
Three-stage quality control: pre-production factory audit, in-process inspection at 30% / 60% / 90% production milestones, and pre-shipment random inspection. All with photo and video reports.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit to lock the order, 70% T/T balance against copy of B/L. For long-term partners, we also accept L/C at sight and OA (open account) terms.
How long does the full process take?
Sample development 7-15 days, mass production 15-45 days depending on order complexity, sea freight 18-30 days to most destinations. A typical end-to-end project runs 45-90 days.
Do you handle customs and import duties?
We handle Chinese export customs clearance. Import customs duties and clearance in your country are handled by your appointed broker or freight forwarder. We provide all necessary export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.).
