Getting Started
How do I start a project with you?
Send us an inquiry with your product specs, target quantity, and timeline. We confirm understanding within 24 hours and shortlist 3-5 factories within 1-3 business days.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, we sign mutual NDAs before discussing confidential specifications. For OEM/ODM work, we also arrange NNN agreements with the factory.
Which countries do you serve?
We serve global importers across all major markets. The 15+ years of our team’s experience covers clients in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
Pricing & MOQ
What are your service fees?
Sourcing fees are typically 3-7% of order value with a minimum engagement fee for small orders. Initial consultation is always free.
Can you lower factory MOQ?
We negotiate MOQ on a case-by-case basis. Many partner factories accept trial orders starting from 50-100 units.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit to lock the order, 70% T/T balance against B/L copy. L/C at sight and OA terms available for established partners.
Quality & Inspection
How do you ensure product quality?
We use three-stage QC: pre-production audit, in-process inspection at 30% / 60% / 90% milestones, and pre-shipment AQL inspection. All reports include photos and videos.
Are your inspectors independent?
Yes, our QC team is independent of factories and is paid by the buyer. Inspectors are full-time employees, not freelancers.
Can you test products to my standard?
We coordinate third-party lab tests per ASTM, EN, ISO, GB, or your own custom protocol. Test reports are issued by accredited labs.
Shipping & Logistics
Which shipping methods do you offer?
Sea FCL/LCL, air freight, China-Europe rail, and express (DHL / FedEx / UPS). We pick the best option based on your timeline, budget, and cargo nature.
How long does sea shipping take?
Typical transit times: 15-20 days to Southeast Asia, 25-35 days to Europe, 18-30 days to North America, 25-40 days to the Middle East and Africa.
Do you handle destination customs?
We handle Chinese export customs fully. For import customs, we coordinate with your broker or recommend a trusted local agent.
After-Sales
What warranty do you offer?
3-month warranty for quality defects after delivery, covering free re-shipment or refund. Extended warranties are available on request.
How do you handle defective goods?
Submit a claim within 7 days of receiving goods with photos and videos. We investigate, negotiate compensation with the factory, and dispatch replacements.
Can you help with spare parts?
Yes, we maintain spare parts inventory for machinery orders and ship parts via express within 3-5 business days.
